Fourteen days, no questions

If a paid product is not what you expected, email hello@tommyvolt.com within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain yourself.

Access is removed when the refund is issued.

How to ask

One email to hello@tommyvolt.com from the address you bought with. Refunds are processed within five working days and appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Digital content and your statutory rights

In some countries the right to withdraw from a digital purchase ends once you access the content. This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you have, and it is more generous than the legal minimum in most places, so nothing here reduces your rights.
