Draft pending review. The bracketed details still need completing and a qualified professional should read this before launch.

What we collect

Your email address, when you ask for the Blueprint or create an account. Your name, if you give it.

Purchase records: what you bought, when, and the payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Basic usage data: which pages were visited and where the visit came from, including any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

If you have an account, your progress through the Kit.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you asked for, to give you access to what you bought, to send occasional email about the products, and to understand which pages work.

The legal basis is performance of a contract for purchases and account access, and consent for marketing email.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and database provider, our email provider, our payment provider and our analytics provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We do not sell data to anyone.

This site also runs an affiliate tracking tag from Impact. If you follow a link from here to a product we recommend, Impact records that the visit came from us so we may earn a commission. It does not change what you pay. Recommending something we are paid for never changes whether we recommend it.

How long we keep it

Email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Purchase records for as long as tax law requires, which is typically several years. Analytics data in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@tommyvolt.com and we will action it within thirty days.

Every marketing email has a one click unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from the list immediately.

Cookies

A session cookie when you sign in, and a cookie that remembers you have unlocked the Blueprint reader so you are not asked twice. Analytics is configured without cookies where the provider allows it.

The affiliate tracking tag described above may also set a cookie so a commission can be attributed if you buy something we recommended. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not shared with advertisers.
