Building an AI business in public
Build your way out of your boring 9-5 in 90 days or less
Not by quitting on a hunch. By finding a problem businesses already pay to fix, solving it with AI, and getting paid for it while your salary is still landing.

Day 30
Problem found
Day 60
Pilot delivered
Day 90
Client paying
The unpopular version
Most people spend six months building something nobody asked for.
Then they blame the market. The order is the whole game: find a problem someone is already paying to solve, sell the fix before you build it, and let the first client fund everything after.
What the internet sells
What actually pays
Build the product first, find customers later
Find the customer first, then build the smallest thing they will pay for
Pick a niche from a list of profitable niches
Pick a market you can physically get on the phone this week
Post content and wait for inbound
Talk to twenty owners directly, this month
Quit your job to force yourself to make it work
Keep the salary until the second client proves it repeats
The path
Ninety days, six moves, one paying client.
Ten focused hours a week. You keep your salary the entire time.
- Day 1–1401
Pick a market you can actually reach
Not the most profitable niche on the internet. The one where you can get a decision maker on the phone this week.
- Day 15–3002
Talk to owners until the problem repeats
Twenty conversations. You are listening for the same expensive complaint said three different ways. That is your product.
- Day 31–4503
Build one small thing that fixes it
Not a platform. One workflow, automated, that saves a specific person a specific number of hours.
- Day 46–6004
Run a free pilot and get proof
One business, zero risk to them, full access for you. You leave with a result you can put in writing.
- Day 61–7505
Charge for it. Land client one.
The pilot becomes the offer. The result becomes the pitch. This is the week the money stops being theoretical.
- Day 76–9006
Repeat it on purpose
Same problem, same solution, next business. Client two and three are not luck, they are the same script run again.
And then it compounds
- 1
First client
Proof it works
- 2
€1k / month
Your side income is real
- 3
€3k / month
The job becomes a choice
- 4
€10k / month
The job is gone
Both halves
The tactics are half of it. The person running them is the other half.
Everyone knows they should send the message. Almost nobody sends it. Skipping that is why most people own a folder of courses and zero clients.
The external game
What you do
- Finding problems worth money
- Cold outreach that gets replies
- Sales calls without a script voice
- Offers, pricing and proposals
- AI and automation as delivery
- Systems so it runs without you
The internal game
Who you become
- Acting before you feel ready
- Discipline when nobody is watching
- Handling rejection as data
- Charging what the result is worth
- Beliefs that survive a bad week
- Identity: the person who does this
Where to start
Three steps. Take the one that matches the question in your head.
Help me actually do it.
Community and coaching. Opening after the course.
Who is writing this
I am not a guru. I build things and show the work.
- Focus
- AI services, sales, systems
- Method
- Problem first, product second
- Format
- Built in public, on camera
Most business advice online is written by people whose only real business is selling business advice. The tell is always the same: everything is a principle, nothing is a screen recording.
My work is finding boring, expensive, repeating problems inside real companies and fixing them with AI and automation. Then packaging that fix so it can be sold again. What I teach is exactly that, in the order it actually happens, including the parts that fail.
The other half nobody wants to talk about is internal. Knowing what to do has almost never been the bottleneck. Sending the message, asking for the money, and staying with it after a bad week is the bottleneck. So that is taught here too, as mechanics rather than motivation.
If you want the honest version of how this is done, start with the Blueprint. It is free, and it is the same sequence I run.
How I got here
I did exactly what I now help other people do.
Eighteen
A retail job and a clock I kept looking at
It was not a terrible job. It was just very obviously not the one. Folding stock, waiting for the shift to end, and doing the quiet arithmetic on what a life of this adds up to. No plan, no contacts, no money. Just a certainty that this could not be the ceiling.
The years after
Figuring it out the slowest possible way
No mentor, no shortcut, every lesson paid for with time. Things that now take me a week took months, not because they were hard, but because nobody told me what order to do them in. That order turned out to be most of what actually matters.
The search
Looking for one person who would just show me
I went looking for someone doing the actual work on camera. I could not find them. It was hype, look how easy this is, just outwork everyone, or a cliché dressed up as a principle. Nobody opened a laptop and showed me the message they sent, the call that went badly, the build that broke.
What was missing
The half that nobody was teaching at all
Even the genuinely good advice only ever covered what to do. None of it covered who you have to become for this to feel normal. Knowing the tactic and being able to run it on a bad Tuesday, after being ignored twelve times, are two completely different problems. Identity and nervous system work is that second half, and I could not find it taught anywhere.
Now
So I built the thing I needed at eighteen
Both halves, in the order they actually happen, with the failures left in. What to do, and how to become the person who does it without flinching. That is the Blueprint, the Kit and the course.
Follow the build
Watch it happen in real time.
Questions
Straight answers
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The work is finding a problem, selling the fix and delivering it with tools that already exist. Most first solutions are an automation and a few AI steps wired together, not software.
Should I quit my job to do this?
No. The whole plan is built around keeping the salary while you find the first clients. You leave when the income repeats, not when you feel brave.
How much time does this take per week?
Around ten focused hours. Two conversations with business owners and one build session per week is enough to hit the 90-day arc.
Is 90 days realistic?
It is realistic for a first paying client, which is the point. Replacing a full salary usually takes longer. The 90 days exist to get you from theory to money in the bank so the rest is a scaling problem, not a belief problem.
What if I have no idea what service to offer?
Good. Deciding the service before talking to anyone is the most common way this fails. The Blueprint starts with conversations and lets the offer come out of what people complain about.
How is this different from every other AI business course?
Most of them teach a theory of business. This shows the actual execution, screen recorded, including the parts that do not work. And it treats the internal side, discipline and identity, as part of the work rather than a motivational add-on.
Ninety days from now you will have done something or explained why you did not.
The Blueprint is the whole path, free, in one sitting. Start tonight.
