What you actually get

30 resources, in the order you will need them.

The order to do this in, and the only plan you need for thirty days.

  • Guide3 min

    How to use this Kit

Read this one page, then never read the Kit front to back again.

  • Framework7 min

    The 30-day first client roadmap

Week by week, with the actual daily actions. Ten hours a week, no more.

    The master checklist

Every step from nothing to a paying client, in one list.

Find your niche

Choose a market in an afternoon and stop reopening the decision.

  • Framework5 min

    Niche selection framework

The four inputs that actually decide this, in the right order.

  • Framework4 min

    Niche scoring system

Score three candidates out of 25 and take the winner. Two hours.

  • Guide8 min

Twelve markets that work, with the angle

Proven markets, what hurts in each, and the first automation to sell them.

  • Scripts5 min

    Market research prompts

Copyable prompts that produce usable research instead of generic summaries.

Find the problem

Conversations that produce evidence, and a way to turn evidence into one decision.

  • Framework6 min

    Business owner interview framework

How to run the conversation so it produces facts, not opinions.

  • Scripts5 min

    Discovery call questions

The full question bank, in the order to ask them.

  • Framework5 min

    Problem validation framework

Separating a real problem from a polite complaint before you build.

  • Framework4 min

    Opportunity scoring sheet

Rank every problem you heard and pick the one with money attached.

Get clients

Lists, scripts and sequences. The unglamorous part that decides it.

  • Guide6 min

Building a lead list that is worth calling

Where the names come from and the five fields that matter.

  • Scripts6 min

    Cold call scripts

Research call, gatekeeper, and the callback that follows a message.

  • Scripts6 min

    Cold email scripts

Four emails that get replies, and the rules that keep them landing.

  • Scripts5 min

    LinkedIn outreach scripts

Connection notes and the three message sequence that follows.

  • Framework5 min

    Follow-up sequences

Where most of your meetings actually come from.

Sales

The call, the offer, the price, the proposal, and the four objections.

  • Framework6 min

    The sales call framework

Six stages, thirty minutes, and the two places people lose the deal.

  • Framework5 min

    Offer creation framework

Turning a problem you validated into something with a price on it.

  • Framework6 min

    Pricing framework

Setup plus monthly, priced on their cost, not your hours.

  • Template4 min

    The one page proposal

Six short sections. No deck, no decoration, sent within the hour.

  • Scripts6 min

    Objection handling

What each objection actually means, and the line that moves it.

Delivery

Running the pilot, onboarding properly, and turning results into proof.

  • Framework6 min

    The free pilot framework

Structured so it converts, instead of becoming free work forever.

  • Checklist4 min

    Client onboarding checklist

Everything to collect in the first 48 hours, in the right order.

  • Framework6 min

    Automation delivery framework

Manual first, automate second, AI last. And what to do when it breaks.

  • Template4 min

    Case study template

One page, five sections, written the week it happens.

Tools

A stack you can learn in a fortnight, and five automations that sell.

  • Tools7 min

    The stack, by job

What to use for each part, and what to ignore until you have clients.

  • Guide7 min

    Five automations that sell

Concrete first builds, what each needs, and what to charge.

Legal and admin

The minimum paperwork that keeps you safe and gets you paid.

  • Template5 min

Agreements without a lawyer, and when you need one

What a first deal actually requires in writing.

  • Checklist4 min

    Invoicing and actually getting paid

The setup that removes chasing from your month.

  • Checklist4 min

    Business setup, the minimum version

What to do before client one, and what can wait.

One saved hour pays for it. The scripts save you twenty.

Writing your own cold email sequence, discovery questions, pricing logic and proposal from scratch is roughly a fortnight of evenings, and the first version is always the weakest one.

Questions

Before you buy

Is this another PDF?

No. It is a web workspace you log into. Scripts are copyable, checklists are tickable, and it gets updated as things change. Nothing to download and nothing to lose in a folder.

Do I need the Blueprint first?

It helps but it is not required. The Blueprint tells you what to do and why. The Kit is the actual language, scoring sheets and templates for doing it. Most people read the Blueprint free, then buy the Kit when they hit the first blank page.

How is this different from the free Blueprint?

The Blueprint is the path. The Kit is everything you would otherwise have to write yourself: word-for-word call scripts, the follow-up sequence, the scoring sheets, the proposal, the objection table, the onboarding list.

What if I already have clients?

Then skip the first two sections. The sales, delivery and admin sections are where most people with one or two clients are losing money.

Do I get updates?

Yes, permanently, at no extra cost. When a script stops working or a better one replaces it, it changes in your account.

Refunds?

Fourteen days, no questions. Email and it is done.
